What types of products do you sell?
We specialise in beds and bedroom furniture for kids and teens. Our collections include gaming beds, playhouse beds, bunk beds, cabin & loft beds, and matching storage or desk solutions.

Where are your beds manufactured?
We partner with Kids Avenue, whose products are manufactured in Europe using cutting‑edge technology and sustainably sourced timber. This ensures our beds are safe, durable and environmentally friendly.

How quickly will my order be delivered?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is free on all orders within mainland UK and typically arrives within 2–3 working days once dispatched. Larger items may take 5–7 working days; we will contact you to schedule a delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?
No. At the moment we only ship within the UK; we do not offer international shipping.

Do you offer assembly services?
Yes. For larger furniture items, delivery may be arranged directly by our supplier or their logistics partner. Kids Avenue can provide an assembly service using their own experienced fitters. If you’d like this service, please let us know when placing your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our payments are processed through Shopify Payments, Stripe or PayPal.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. Under UK distance‑selling regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return non‑faulty goods. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@coolkidbeds.co.uk and we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions. Made‑to‑order products (such as custom mattresses) are not returnable unless faulty.

What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Where are you based and how can I contact you?
We are a UK sole‑trader business trading as Cool Kid Beds. Our registered office is at Truwood House, Bromfield Industrial Estate, Mold, CH7 1XB (THIS IS NOT A SHOWROOM OR RETURN ADDRESS). For any questions, email us at info@coolkidbeds.co.uk. Our support hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM.

Are your products covered by a guarantee?
Yes. All our beds come with a manufacturer’s guarantee. The guarantee covers faults that arise from normal use; please see our returns policy for details on replacements or repairs.
