Where are your beds manufactured?
We partner with Kidsaw and other trusted British suppliers whose products are manufactured in Europe using responsibly sourced materials. This ensures our beds are safe, durable, and environmentally friendly.

How quickly will my order be delivered?
Standard delivery is free on all orders within mainland UK and typically arrives within 2–3 working days once dispatched. Large items may take 5–7 working days; we will contact you to schedule a delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?
No. At the moment we only ship within the UK; we do not offer international shipping.

Do you offer assembly services?
Yes. For larger furniture items, delivery and installation can be arranged directly by our supplier or their logistics partner. Kidsaw or our logistics partner can provide an assembly service using their experienced fitters. If you'd like this service, please let us know when placing your order.
