2. Products and Orders

We sell children’s beds and furniture via dropshipping from trusted suppliers, including Kids Avenue (Scandinavian House Ltd).

All orders are subject to availability.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–3 working days within the UK. We currently do not ship internationally.
3. Returns & Refunds
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement part, exchange or refund at no additional cost.
Change‑of‑Mind Returns

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 days of receiving them. You do not need to provide a reason.

To initiate a return, email us at info@coolkidbeds.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and provide instructions.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund, or you may arrange your own tracked return.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exceptions

Custom or made‑to‑order items (e.g. mattresses or personalised products) are not eligible for change‑of‑mind returns unless faulty.
Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply for non‑faulty returns. This fee covers inspection and repackaging. The fee amount will be outlined in your RMA instructions.

4. Warranties
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties for defects arising from normal use. We do not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect assembly.
5. DIY Assembly Disclaimer
Many products require self‑assembly. Please follow the instructions carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from incorrect assembly.
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely through recognised payment providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). Ownership of goods transfers only upon full payment.
7. Disputes
If you’re unhappy with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may refer your case to the Retail ADR scheme or pursue a claim through the UK small claims court.
