2. Products and Orders
- We sell children's beds and furniture via dropshipping from trusted suppliers, including Kidsaw and other approved brands.
- All orders are subject to availability.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–3 working days within the UK. We currently do not ship internationally.
Returns & Refunds
Faulty or Damaged Items

Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects or damage. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will liaise with Kidsaw to arrange replacement parts or a return.
Change‑of‑Mind Returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure the product meets your requirements before ordering.

We will process your refund once the returned item has been inspected and approved by Kidsaw.
Exceptions

Custom or made‑to‑order items (e.g. mattresses or personalised products) are not eligible for change‑of‑mind returns unless faulty.

4. Warranties
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties for defects arising from normal use. We do not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect assembly.
5. DIY Assembly Disclaimer
Many products require self‑assembly. Please follow the instructions carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from incorrect assembly.
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely through recognised payment providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). Ownership of goods transfers only upon full payment.
7. Disputes
If you’re unhappy with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may refer your case to the Retail ADR scheme or pursue a claim through the UK small claims court.
